Up to $7,000 Make an Impact with Baystate Health Baystate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the MedSurg/Telemetry team at Baystate Franklin Medical Center in Greenfield, Massachusetts . Our inpatient acute care team provides comprehensive nursing care for patients with a variety of medical and surgical needs, including telemetry and intermediate care. Nurses have the opportunity to care for patients with varying diagnoses and levels of acuity while building a broad clinical skill set. As aMedSurg/Telemetry RN, You Will:
Care for patients with medical, surgical, telemetry, and intermediate-care needs . Assess patients and monitor for changes in condition, including cardiac rhythms. Provide individualized nursing care, medications, treatments, and interventions. Utilize advanced telemonitoring technology with access to specialists and resources throughout Baystate Health. Work alongside a strong clinical support team , including leadership, educators, and coordinators. Collaborate with physicians, providers, and the interdisciplinary care team. Receive a comprehensive orientation with online education, classroom learning, and simulation.
