HVAC Technician- Pre-Season Hiring Incentive!

As we gear up for our busy season, we are seeking experienced HVAC Technicians and fueling things up with a hiring bonus of $5,000 for those that start prior to September 8th.

PayHourly Rate:

$30.00 to $40.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Hiring Bonus:

$5,000 for qualified technicians who start prior to September 8, 2026Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair residential HVAC systems (boilers, furnaces, AC units)Perform high-quality preventive maintenance to keep our neighbors' homes running smoothlyHelp lead and oversee apprentice technicians on the jobParticipate in a rotating on-call schedule that includes a stipend and time-and-a-half pay for emergency calls.
