A Registered Nurse provides medical care and treatment, educates patients about their conditions, and provides emotional support to patients and families. Works in hospitals, schools, clinics or community health centers. Works under the supervision of a physician or other specialist, and serves as the primary point of care for patients in a hospital setting. May specialize in emergency room work, or treatment for a particular condition, or specialize in working with infants, the elderly or other patient groups. May work as an advanced practice specialists and prescribe medications in addition to offering specialty care.

RN Field Nurse - Per Diem (Home Health / Hospice)
Pay:
$48.00 - $50.00 / visit (Travel Reimbursement Included)
Location:
Lynn, MA (Servicing Lynn, Salem, and Beverly)
Schedule:

Employee Support:
Access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) What You'll Do Perform holistic clinical assessments for new and existing patients and their families. Design, implement, and adjust individualized plans of care tailored to each patient's goals. Educate patients and caregivers on preventive care, illness management, and rehabilitation. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and serve as Case Manager when assigned. Help patients safely transition through discharge planning.
What We're Looking For Licensure:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
Language:
Fluency in Russian is required to support our local patient community.
Certifications:
Active CPR certification.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and a clear CORI background check.
Experience:
1 year of Home Health or Hospice nursing experience is preferred, but passionate nurses ready to learn are encouraged to apply!
Pay:
$48.00 - $50.00 per hour
