The Referral Intake Nurse is responsible for the acceptance, processing, and coordination of all referrals for patient care services.

• Assures quality patient care by receiving and analyzing each intake request for clinical and financial appropriateness.
• Receives and processes intake data from referral source
• Coordinates all patient services in coordination with the Director of Clinical Services and/or Case Managers Qualifications of the

Referral Intake Coordinator:

Strong knowledge of processing clinical referrals Working knowledge of general computer programs (ie: Word, Excel, HealthWyse) LPN or RN with active license Check out our website!
