• $4,000 New Hire Sign On with 2+ years of RN Family Center experience. Rehires Termed greater than 1 year are eligible

Hours:

32hrs

Shift:

Night shift with every other weekend and holiday rotation; 11:15pm

Under direction of Director, Manager, Patient Care or Designee perform a variety of duties involving the coordination of both clinical and non-clinical care activities including but not limited to staff assignments, staffing levels, etc. Provide guidance, support and coordinate orientation of all new staff members. Bachelors Degree in Nursing or equivalent is required. A minimum of three years clinical experience in an appropriate setting, Family Centered Unit

• Mother/Baby, Labor& Delivery is required.

Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required. ACLS preferred. Experience as charge nurse preferred. Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the

COVID 19

virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

Compensation:

Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
