We are especially interested in RNs with strong IV therapy experience who are highly skilled and confident in peripheral IV insertion and are interested in expanding their experience into medical aesthetics and wellness. Key Responsibilities Perform peripheral IV insertion confidently, safely, and efficiently Administer IV therapy, IV hydration, and wellness infusions according to established medical protocols Perform appropriate patient assessments before treatment Monitor patients before, during, and after IV therapy Recognize and appropriately respond to potential IV-related complications or patient reactions Maintain strict aseptic technique and infection-control standards Provide patient education and post-treatment instructions Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Assist with medical aesthetic and wellness treatments within appropriate scope of practice and training Support physicians and other clinical team members with patient care Maintain a safe, professional, welcoming, and patient-centered clinical environment Required Qualifications Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Strong peripheral IV insertion skills are required Demonstrated experience establishing peripheral IV access Knowledge and experience with IV therapy and IV hydration Strong patient assessment and monitoring skills Knowledge of IV-related complications and appropriate clinical response Current BLS/CPR certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and commitment to patient safety Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Highly Preferred Clinical Experience Candidates with experience in clinical settings involving frequent peripheral IV insertion, IV therapy, and patient monitoring are strongly encouraged to apply.

Preferred clinical backgrounds include:

Emergency Department (ER) IV Therapy / IV Hydration Wellness Infusion Center Perioperative Nursing Ambulatory Surgery Center Urgent Care Other clinical settings involving frequent peripheral IV insertion and IV therapy We are especially interested in RNs with IV therapy experience who are highly proficient and confident with peripheral IV insertion , including establishing IV access in patients with varying levels of difficulty. Medical Aesthetic Experience Previous experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, wellness medicine, or aesthetic energy-based treatments is preferred but not required. Training may be provided to an RN who demonstrates excellent IV skills, strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and a genuine interest in medical aesthetics and wellness. Ideal Candidate You may be an excellent fit if you are an experienced ER, IV Therapy, Wellness Infusion, Perioperative, or Ambulatory Surgery RN who is interested in expanding your nursing career into medical aesthetics and wellness.
