Qualifications:
Current RN licensure, eligible for Massachusetts BLS and ACLS certifications required CNOR or First Assist certification highly preferred Prior experience as an RN First Assist in acute care settings Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Strong attention to patient safety and detail
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with surgeons to provide intraoperative assistance and post-operative care Employ critical thinking to support surgical procedures and anticipate physician needs Ensure optimal patient outcomes by adhering to best practices and safety standards Document care according to policy, maintaining accuracy and compliance Foster a positive, patient-centered environment while supporting team goals
