In this role, you will deliver advanced aesthetic treatments, including botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, and laser procedures, to help clients achieve their beauty goals. Your expertise in aesthetic nursing combined with excellent client communication skills will ensure a positive experience for every guest. Duties Administer botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, and other injectable aesthetic procedures with precision and care Perform esthetic laser treatments, chemical peels, dermabrasion, and body waxing to improve skin health and appearance Provide comprehensive client consultations to assess needs, explain treatment options, and set realistic expectations Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols following industry standards and regulations Educate clients on post-treatment care, product recommendations, and ongoing skincare routines Manage client records using salon software such as Millennium or similar platforms Assist with retail sales by demonstrating products, conducting product demos, and upselling suitable treatments or skincare lines Requirements Valid RN (Registered Nurse), NP (Nurse Practitioner), or PA (Physician Assistant) license with current state certification Proven experience in aesthetic nursing or med spa settings with a focus on injection administration and facial treatments Strong knowledge of botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, esthetic laser procedures, chemical peels, and skin rejuvenation techniques Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or similar platforms like MINDBODY or SpaSoft Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively and build lasting relationships Experience working in the beauty industry or cosmetology background is highly preferred Knowledge of social media management for marketing promotions and client engagement is a plus Ability to uphold high standards of sanitation, safety, and guest services in a fast-paced environment Skills in hair styling, eyelash extensions, nail care, makeup application, or hair extensions are advantageous but not required Join our passionate team dedicated to transforming lives through innovative aesthetic treatments!
