PM Experience:
12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months. 12 months of Medical Surgical/Telemetry Unit experience with any experience within the last 36 months (3 years).
Requirements:
Candidates must have a Massachusetts license (required for submission). This role will require floating to multiple units Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >90 miles from facility to be submitted. COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. No current placement allowed at

AMN Program

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience:
- Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.
- 1-2 years of experience required.
Unit Details:
- Admission/discharge nurse and patient ambulator on unit.
- Respiratory therapist and security on-site and available 24/7.
- No IV team or RRT team.
- Expected ratios: Days
- 5-6 patients, Nights 6-7 patients.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Weekends and holidays based on unit needs; every other weekend at most.
Floating Requirements:
- Float as needed to Surge Unit or Emergency Dept to manage Medsurg patients unable to come to Medsurg floor.
7 days maximum time off.
Facility holidays:
10/31/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/24/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026.
Number of holidays allowed off:
1 1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months Proof of identification required
