Job Description

Join Our Team at Southbridge Rehabilitation & Health Care Center! As a Graduate Nurse, you will have the opportunity to start your nursing career in a dynamic and supportive environment. Our team consists of dedicated professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality care and customer service to our patients and their families. Hourly rate ranges from $40 to $45 for LPNs and $42 to $47 for RNs, depending on the shift. Weekly pay! About the
Role:
We are seeking Graduate Nurses who have recently graduated from a Massachusetts board-approved nursing education program and are ready to start their nursing career. You will work under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse and will be responsible for providing care to residents while waiting to take your NCLEX exam.
Responsibilities:
Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident Maintain current resident care plans on all residents under your care Follow physician's orders and render and/or assist with complete nursing care, treatments, dressings, and other physician orders Document patient records and provide comprehensive and complete nursing notes
Requirements:
Must have graduated from a Massachusetts board-approved nursing education program within one year of hire date Must have proof of scheduled NCLEX licensure exam within 90 days of hire Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Must possess the ability to make independent decisions and deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public
