Clinical Director Position Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) at Renaissance Medical Group (RMG) is responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced medical environment. The RN will collaborate with physicians, healthcare teams, and administrative staff to support patient care across various specialties offered by RMG, including addiction services, wellness programs, and other comprehensive health services. The RN will ensure compliance with medical protocols, maintain accurate records, and deliver exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including assessments, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans. Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and preventative care. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed, ensuring the highest level of care is provided. Maintain patient records in compliance with legal and healthcare regulations. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss patient care, treatment updates, and discharge plans. Assist in wellness programs and patient education workshops organized by RMG. Ensure proper infection control practices are followed. Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions. Support the integration of new programs or services within the RMG framework. Work closely with interns and support their learning experiences when applicable.
Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred). Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical or hospital setting. Experience in addiction services or behavioral health is a plus. Current CPR and BLS certifications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Working Conditions:
Full-time and Part-time position with the possibility of evening or weekend shifts, depending on patient care needs. Work is primarily performed in a clinical setting, with occasional community outreach for wellness programs. Occasional travel between RMG's various service locations may be required.
