Job Description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide specialized nursing care in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital. The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patients' recovery goals. Responsibilities include patient and family education, monitoring vital signs and progress, accurate documentation, and adherence to safety and infection-control standards.
