Requirements Under the direction of Care Center leadership, manage the operations of assigned practice(s) consistent with the strategic vision of the organization. Provide direct supervision of assigned personnel and practice workflows. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and best practice standards. Implement and monitor workflows, lead performance improvement plans, and follow-up on quality and patient safety concerns. Collaborate with Professional Development and training staff to onboard, educate, assess competency of, and monitor clinical staff. Ensure operations and practice environment of care promote safe and high-quality patient care. Qualifications At least seven years of supervisory/leadership experience required. Minimum of seven years nursing or relevant clinical experience required. Ambulatory setting required. Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field highly desirable. Must possess and demonstrate highly effective interpersonal, communication and leadership skills and be able manage multiple priorities. Requires computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience. Current RN licensure in the Commonwealth of MA and/or RI is required. Certification in Ambulatory Nursing desirable. Current BLS certification is required.
