Key responsibilities include:
Delivering patient care through in-person and telephone interactions, including pre-visit and post-visit support Documenting patient information, lab findings, and preliminary orders in the Electronic Medical Record Assessing patient needs, identifying emergencies, and initiating appropriate interventions Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring care adheres to organizational standards Providing culturally sensitive care and completing required competencies
Qualifications:
