What they do
A Registered Nurse provides medical care and treatment, educates patients about their conditions, and provides emotional support to patients and families. Works in hospitals, schools, clinics or community health centers. Works under the supervision of a physician or other specialist, and serves as the primary point of care for patients in a hospital setting. May specialize in emergency room work, or treatment for a particular condition, or specialize in working with infants, the elderly or other patient groups. May work as an advanced practice specialists and prescribe medications in addition to offering specialty care.

Job Description
- HIRING School Nurse - RN
- Location
- : Baltimore, MD
- Schedule:
- M-F 7:30am-3:30pm (40 hours)
- Payrate:
- $45 / hr, payment weekly (W2)
- Requirements:
- MD RN licensure, must have experience with pediatrics, experience in school with special education population preferred The Certified School Nurse (CSN) identifies and treats health conditions among students in the school setting.
The CSN provides instruction for the student's general wellbeing and disease prevention. The Certified School Nurse must assess the student's physical condition in the school setting and refer the student to appropriate resources as needed to be successful in school.
- Minimum Requirements:
