Dialysis/Blood Services/Apsis Qualifications:
Education:
Have education as follows: Either (a), a bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited university; or (b) a diploma graduate in Nursing from an accredited university or (c) an associate degree in Nursing from an accredited university. Successfully passed National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX).Certification:
Current BLS and ACLS and PALS if required by the client.Experience:
Minimum of 1 year experience within the preceding 3 years in designated specialtyLicensure:
Valid license in at least 1 state, territory or commonwealth of theUS Position Description:
