Job Description

We are currently seeking a Medical Assistant (MA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work in a primary care office in Cambridge, MD. This is a full-time or part-time position that includes full benefits. Our office is a fast-paced family practice. Applicants must be a self-motivated, punctual, friendly and outgoing person with the ability to multi-task and be aware of patients' needs. We are in close contact with patients and other employees and it crucial to be a team player. Clerical must have office experience and be proficient with computers. The MA/LPN responsibilities include maintaining a clean patient treatment area, take and record patient vital signs, answer patient calls, relay information to patients, pre-authorizations for medications, perform EKG and Spirometry and document in electronic medical records.
