Traveler Requirements:

Successfully pass the Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with a minimum overall score of 80% and a score of 100% on lethal rhythms. Certifications required include

ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, & PALS.

Cerner EMR experience required. Must have triage experience. Two years of ED experience in a facility with at least 45,600 visits per year (125/day) within the past 8 months. Travel experience required. Every other weekend & every other holiday required. Float within skillset required. The facility requires all employees to have the flu vaccine.

Responsibilities:

Provide emergency nursing care in a high-volume hospital ED setting. Demonstrate proficiency in EKG rhythm interpretation and use Cerner EMR system. Manage patient triage and provide appropriate interventions. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care. Adhere to facility vaccination policies and safety protocols.
