Incredible Health seeks an Emergency Department RN to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced ED setting. You'll perform rapid triage, assessments, and interventions for diverse patient populations, administer medications and IV therapies, and closely monitor cardiac and respiratory status. Working with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, you'll coordinate timely care, ensure accurate EHR documentation, and support safe discharges. Ideal candidates bring strong clinical judgment, ED or acute care experience, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes, safety, and overall care experiences.
