What You'll Do As an Assisted Living LPN, you will: Deliver compassionate nursing care to residents in a warm and supportive environment Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, and families to ensure exceptional care Support resident independence, dignity, and quality of life Accurately document care and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
