Incredible Health seeks an RN to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while helping transform how hospitals and nurses connect. In this full-time role, you'll perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement care plans, administer medications and IV therapies, and document expertly in EHR systems. You'll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, support safe discharges, and educate patients and families. As part of a mission-driven, tech-forward organization, you'll also provide feedback that informs data-driven staffing solutions, improving nurse experience, retention, and patient outcomes nationwide. Responsibilities Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care across the care continuum. Perform comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and document in EHR systems. Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies per protocol. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and improve outcomes. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and self-care. Use data and clinical judgment to recognize changes in patient status and escalate appropriately. Contribute feedback to improve workflows, staffing solutions, and nurse experience via the Incredible Health platform.
