Job Description
Incredible Health seeks an Emergency Department Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in a fast-paced hospital ED. You'll perform rapid triage, administer medications and interventions, monitor high-acuity patients, and collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to stabilize and treat diverse emergency cases. Responsibilities include accurate EHR documentation, patient and family education, and strict adherence to safety and infection-control protocols. Responsibilities Perform rapid triage and deliver evidence-based nursing care to emergency department patients of all acuity levels. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per provider orders and emergency protocols. Continuously monitor patient status, interpret clinical data, and escalate changes promptly. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate safe, efficient care and throughput. Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and discharge instructions. Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation and comply with all regulatory and infection-control standards. Support trauma and code response, including CPR, airway management support, and stabilization. Contribute to a culture of safety, quality improvement, and patient-centered care in a fast-paced ED environment.
