Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per provider orders and emergency protocols. Continuously monitor patient status, interpret clinical data, and escalate changes promptly. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate safe, efficient care and throughput. Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and discharge instructions. Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation and comply with all regulatory and infection-control standards. Support trauma and code response, including CPR, airway management support, and stabilization.
