What You'll Do:
- Conduct assessments and monitor resident health trends
- Oversee medication programs and documentation accuracy
- Coordinate care with families, physicians and clinical teams
- Support infection control and regulatory compliance
- Lead clinical training and support staff development
- Monitor incidents and drive quality improvements
