$93,600•$108,160 annually (Equivalent to $45.00•$52.00 per hour, based on experience) Lorien Mount Airy is seeking an experienced MDS Coordinator (Registered Nurse) to join our award-winning skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. This full-time leadership role is ideal for a dedicated RN with RAC-CT certification , strong knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement systems , and experience coordinating comprehensive resident assessments and care plans within a skilled nursing facility.
