8383735-20878 Job Description Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting a vocational and life skills program for adults aged 18 and older in Rockville, MD. In this specialized setting, youll work collaboratively with dedicated staff and paraprofessionals, contributing your expertise in school nursing while making a lasting impact on adults with disabilities. Your week will consist of 37.5 hours: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and Tuesdays and Fridays from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The assignment begins as soon as possible, with a one-year contract available.

Desired Background & Experience:

Active RN license and experience working in a school or adult learning environment Comfortable with triage nursing, delegating tasks, and effective computer use Background with creating and following care plans, particularly for adults with disabilities Skilled in conducting 45/90-day assessments and maintaining seizure logs Familiar with G-tube feedings and HRST certification Confident in training staff on procedures such as safe lifting and medication administration Adept at participating in meetings and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams

Your Role:
