Job Summary Norie is a corrective bikini-care studio in Owings Mills specializing in ingrown hairs, hyperpigmentation, intimate skincare, and hair removal. We are expanding our services to include professional laser hair removal and are looking for a personable, dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team as a Laser Provider. This is a part-time/per diem position ideal for an RN interested in aesthetics who wants to grow with an emerging specialty brand. Initial scheduling will be based around designated laser days and client demand, with the opportunity for additional hours as our laser clientele grows. Responsibilities Perform laser hair-removal treatments using our Candela GentleYAG Pro-U Conduct appropriate pre-treatment assessments and follow established treatment protocols Educate clients on treatment expectations, preparation and aftercare Document treatments accurately and maintain client records Take standardized progress photos when applicable Maintain proper sanitation, safety and treatment-room standards Identify contraindications and escalate concerns according to established medical protocols Provide a professional, welcoming and judgment-free client experience Participate in required device and protocol training Qualifications Active Maryland RN license in good standing Laser hair-removal, dermatology, med-spa or aesthetic experience preferred Candela laser experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate Comfortable treating intimate areas, including Brazilian/bikini areas Strong attention to safety, documentation and client education Reliable, professional and comfortable working independently within established protocols Must complete all required training and competency requirements before independently performing treatments About Norie Norie takes a corrective approach to bikini care. Rather than focusing only on hair removal, our goal is to help clients address the full picture—including unwanted hair, recurring ingrowns, hyperpigmentation, texture and overall skin health. Our laser program is being built as part of a larger corrective-care system, and we are looking for an RN who is interested in growing with the program as it expands. Schedule Part-time / per diem. Initial schedule will consist of designated laser blocks based on appointments and client demand. Some evening and/or weekend availability is preferred. Compensation $35-$40 per hour, depending on relevant experience and laser/aesthetic background.
