We are seeking a Registered Nurse with pediatric dental or critical care experience who is not only clinically skilled, but deeply committed to caring for children and their families. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative, mission-driven outpatient surgical environment. Your Impact Support children and families before, during, and after outpatient procedures, helping reduce anxiety and build trust. Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments and provide clear, compassionate patient and family education. Monitor patients during procedures with a strong focus on safety, comfort, and emotional well-being. Deliver attentive post-operative care, ensuring smooth recovery and equipping families with confident home-care guidance. Collaborate closely with physicians, anesthesia providers, and clinical staff to deliver coordinated, high-quality care. Document care accurately and contribute to quality and safety initiatives. Participate in a culture of continuous learning and improvement. What You Bring Bilingual (English/Spanish strongly preferred) — ability to communicate effectively with diverse families. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland . Minimum of 2 years of experience in pediatric dental, PACU, PICU, or ICU settings.

Required certifications:

BLS, PALS, ACLS

. Strong clinical judgment paired with a calm, reassuring communication style. Experience with EMR systems and familiarity with regulatory and accreditation standards in surgical settings.
