$1909.84 - $2005.33 weekly gross

Schedule:

12-Hour Nights, 7p-7:30a / Every other weekend, every other holiday

13 weeks

Candidate Type:

Local or Travel Requirements:

2 years of experience as an RN. Must have previous travel experience. Qualified applicants MUST have at least 2 years of stroke experience. Valid Registered Nursing license. Be willing to obtain MD or compact state licensure.

Responsibilities:

Manages daily patient assignment by appropriately setting priorities. Anticipates need for intervention by other disciplines. Compiles database and formulates nursing diagnosis. Monitors patient conditions, administers treatments and documents outcomes. Determines priorities for patient care needs or problems. Reassesses the patient as indicated by changes in condition and/or response to treatments. Initiates and updates a written nursing plan of care for patients by incorporating scientific and psychosocial principles that support the nursing diagnosis. Incorporates information obtained from nursing care planning conferences into written nursing plan of care. Coordinates patient, family, significant other, and health team members in the planning of hospital and post-discharge care. If competent, serves as a charge RN and monitors productivity/patient flow. Why Choose VyTalent Solutions?
