Registered Nurse (RN) - Home HealthFull-Time / Part-Time | Flexible Scheduling Senior Helpers Maine LLC is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. This position offers flexible scheduling, meaningful one-on-one patient care, and the opportunity to work independently while supported by a dedicated healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

Complete patient assessments and monitor changes in condition Provide medication management and patient education Perform skilled nursing services such as wound care, injections, venipuncture, catheter/ostomy care, and other ordered treatments within RN scope and competency Monitor chronic health conditions and promote patient safety and independence Educate patients and families regarding medications, disease management, nutrition, and safety Maintain accurate electronic clinical documentation Communicate and coordinate care with physicians, care coordinators, families, and other healthcare professionals

Qualifications:

Current, unrestricted Maine RN license Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills Ability to work independently in patients' homes Reliable transportation Home health, geriatric, medical-surgical, wound care, IV therapy, or other nursing experience is preferred Join Senior Helpers Maine LLC and enjoy the flexibility of home health nursing while making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients throughout our community.

Pay:

$38.58 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 36.0 per week
