This position offers a flexible three-day workweek and the chance to support students in a close-knit campus community with an on-site health clinic. Job Details $50-$55 per hour 36 hours per week | Three 12-hour shifts per week Flexible scheduling options, including consecutive or non-consecutive workdays Contract runs through the full academic year About the Role The School Clinic RN will provide health services to students attending a residential educational campus. The clinic operates with a collaborative healthcare team that includes school nurses, counselors, and an athletic trainer. Nurses typically work alongside another nurse during clinic hours and support students with routine health needs, medication administration, and wellness care.

Student health needs primarily include:

Medication administration Management of common health concerns Care coordination for students with chronic conditions, including diabetes Health assessments and basic treatment Collaboration with school staff and families as needed The overall clinical environment has been described as comparable to a summer camp setting, with predictable daily health needs and periods of lower activity between student visits.
