Visual Assessment:

Immediately identifying "sick vs. not sick" patients upon arrival, particularly those with airway, breathing, or circulation issues.

Vital Signs:

Taking and monitoring patient vitals and responding to any critical changes.

Patient History:

Gathering rapid health histories, allergies, and symptoms. 49 total beds ICU

• 2 beds Need ICU experience to handle more of the high acuity patients Majority of work will be MedSurg/Tele
