Travel Contract Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week Post Acute/LTC assignment in Lewiston, ME. The RN will provide quality nursing care to patients in a long-term care and post-acute setting while working closely with residents, families, and the healthcare team. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to post-acute and long-term care residents. Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Develop and implement individualized care plans. Monitor vital signs and patient responses to treatment. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation. Educate residents and families regarding care plans and treatments. Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge planning. Follow infection-control, safety, and facility protocols. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required. 1-3 years of previous RN experience - Preferred Previous Post Acute, LTC, SNF, or similar experience preferred. Strong patient assessment and clinical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work effectively in a long-term care environment.
