RN - CPCU

(Med/Surg Tele)Position SummaryWe are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Cardiopulmonary Care Unit (CPCU) providing medical-surgical and telemetry care. The RN will monitor patients, administer treatments, manage cardiac and medical conditions, and provide safe, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities Assess and monitor patients in the CPCU setting. Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and telemetry readings. Administer medications, IV therapy, and prescribed treatments. Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition. Provide care for cardiac, medical, and post-procedure patients. Perform wound care and other nursing procedures as required. Educate patients and families on care plans and treatments. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Follow infection control, safety, and patient-care standards. Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Graduate of an accredited nursing program. CPCU, Med-Surg, telemetry, or acute-care experience preferred. Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and clinical decision-making skills. Ability to interpret and respond to cardiac rhythms and telemetry changes. BLS and ACLS certification as applicable.
