r46975-04343 Job Description ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for a 1:1 school-based nursing assignment in Somerville, ME. This full-time opportunity provides individualized medical support to a student while working collaboratively with the school team and family to promote student health, safety, and success.

Work Schedule:

Full-Time 5 days/week 3537.5 hours/week

Start Date:

ASAP Contract through End of School Year (EOSY)

Qualifications:

Valid Maine Registered Nurse (RN) License required Previous school-based or pediatric nursing experience preferred Seizure protocol and seizure care experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to provide individualized nursing care in a school setting Knowledge of student health plans, medication administration, and emergency procedures preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 nursing care and medical support to the assigned student Monitor the student's health and respond to changes in condition Implement physician orders and individualized healthcare plans Follow established seizure protocols and provide appropriate interventions Administer medications and treatments as ordered Communicate with parents/guardians, school staff, and healthcare providers as needed Maintain accurate and confidential health records and documentation Respond appropriately to medical emergencies Collaborate with the educational team to support the student's participation and safety throughout the school day

1:1 RN assignment Somerville, ME 5 days/week 3537.5 hours/week
