What You'll Do:
✔ Coordinate and oversee medical care for individuals with diverse healthcare needs ✔ Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as ordered ✔ Complete assessments and monitor ongoing health concerns ✔ Educate and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) on medical care and equipment ✔ Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, and interdisciplinary teams ✔ Ensure compliance with state regulations and best practices ✔ Participate in quality improvement, infection prevention, and medical training initiatives This is a Full-Time position that does not require travel.
What We're Looking For:
