Schedule/Hours:
Full-time assignment Typical hours aligned with hospital Cath Lab operations, including potential on-call rotations
Qualifications:
Active RN license (Michigan licensure or compact, as applicable) Minimum 1 year Cath Lab experience BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong critical thinking and communication skills Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity scenarios
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver specialized nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions before, during, and after catheterization Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members, including physicians and technologists Prepare rooms, equipment, and medications according to procedure specifics Respond efficiently to emergent patient situations
