Schedule/Hours:
Variable shifts based on assignment needs
Qualifications:
Current, unrestricted RN license Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room experience Proficient with perioperative standards and safety protocols BLS certification; ACLS preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
Circulate and/or scrub for surgical procedures across various specialties Monitor patient safety, respond rapidly to intraoperative needs Collaborate efficiently with surgical teams, anesthesia, and support staff Document care accurately in compliance with hospital policies Maintain a sterile field and ensure infection control standards
