Public Health Nurse - Boyne City High School This challenging and rewarding position works with children, adolescents, and families to provide health assessment, care coordination, treatment, education, and support within the Boyne City High School setting. This unique role collaborates closely with school staff, families, and community partners to address the physical health needs of students, promote student wellness, support attendance, and provide evidence-based health education in a safe and supportive learning environment. This position will require an individual with excellent organizational and critical thinking skills to meet program requirements and deadlines. Nursing experience in pediatrics or community health nursing is preferred but not required. Applicants must hold a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan. A BSN degree is preferred. A valid driver's license and automobile insurance are also required. We offer day schedules (occasional evenings) during the school year, with no weekends or holidays, and minimal days worked during the summer, competitive wages, generous time off, and an excellent benefit plan.
