Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing treatment protocols to ensure optimal health outcomes. Duties Telephone Triage with written protocols Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and medical histories. Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals in providing comprehensive care. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and health management. Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with advancements in nursing practices.
