Job Summary:
As a Registered Nurse at Intersect Healthcare of Cedar Springs, you will provide personalized care to our residents, utilizing your expertise to promote their physical, mental, and psychological well-being. Our team is committed to creating a supportive and positive work environment, where you can grow and thrive.
Responsibilities:
Observe and evaluate residents on your assigned unit, documenting current medications and treatments Identify resident problems and emergency situations, initiating immediate "lifesaving" measures in the absence of a physician Deliver direct nursing care to residents and provide clinical supervision of care staff assigned on your unit Perform and document comprehensive assessments on each assigned resident, developing care plans and driving positive outcomes
Requirements:
Current, unencumbered, state registered nurse license CPR certification A can-do/will-do attitude to help others
