Qualifications:
Current RN license, valid in Michigan Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in an Operating Room setting BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong critical thinking and communication skills Experience with various surgical procedures and instrumentation Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
Circulate and/or scrub in a variety of surgical procedures Monitor patient status intraoperatively and respond to changes promptly Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe, efficient care Maintain sterile field and adhere to strict infection control protocols Document procedures and patient responses accurately Participate in pre-op and post-op patient education
