  • 37 per Hour We are seeking a dependable, professional, and patient-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team.
This is a part-time position offering a flexible schedule of 3 to 5 working days per week, with a minimum commitment of 3 days per week . The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with venipuncture, blood draws, IV catheter insertion, and patient monitoring and will be comfortable working in an outpatient clinical environment.   • 37 per hour , based on experience and qualifications Part-time schedule of 3-5 working days per week Minimum commitment of 3 working days per week Two weeks of paid vacation annually 3 paid holidays per year Professional and supportive clinical work environment What You Will Do Perform venipuncture, blood draws, and IV catheter insertion safely, accurately, and efficiently.
Collect, label, process, and prepare blood specimens according to established clinical protocols. Administer IV infusion and hydration treatments according to physician orders and established protocols. Assess patients before, during, and after IV treatments. Monitor vital signs and promptly identify adverse reactions or changes in a patient's condition. Administer IV fluids, medications, vitamins, and other physician-ordered therapies within the RN's scope of practice. Provide patients with clear education regarding treatments, procedures, and follow-up instructions. Accurately document blood draws, IV treatments, medications, assessments, and patient responses in the EMR. Follow all infection-control, medication-safety, and specimen-handling procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming treatment environment. Communicate effectively with physicians, clinical staff, and other members of the healthcare team. Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and follow established emergency procedures. Monitor and maintain adequate inventory of IV supplies, phlebotomy supplies, medications, and treatment-room materials. Help provide a professional, efficient, and positive experience for every patient. Qualifications Current and unrestricted Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license . Current BLS certification . Strong venipuncture, blood-drawing, and IV insertion skills are required. Comfortable obtaining blood specimens and establishing IV access for patients with varying clinical backgrounds. Strong patient assessment and monitoring skills. Previous experience in IV infusion, outpatient care, phlebotomy, emergency medicine, ambulatory surgery, or a similar clinical setting is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, dependable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with physicians and other clinical staff. Strong commitment to patient safety, quality care, and an excellent patient experience.
