•Home Health RN Nurse Educator Fulltime M-F In-Office Dearborn MI Salary $100K-$145K based on experience Job Description The Home Health RN educator provides clinical, operational, and strategic leadership for the home health agency. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and financial performance. The Director mentors and develops clinical staff, promotes a culture of accountability and collaboration, and drives quality improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all clinical operations to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. Ensure compliance with Medicare, state, accreditation, and agency regulations. Mentor, coach, and develop clinical managers and staff to support professional growth, engagement, and retention. Foster a positive, collaborative culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Monitor quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, documentation, and regulatory performance. Oversee staffing, productivity, budgeting, and operational efficiency. Lead Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives. Collaborate with physicians, referral partners, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care. Support recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning for clinical leadership.

Qualifications Required:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN). Five years of home health experience. Three years of progressive leadership experience. Knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation, OASIS, and home health regulations.

Preferred:

Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration. Home health leadership certification or related credential. Pay:

$100,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
