This contract role is ideally suited for registered nurses who are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient outcomes while collaborating with an experienced multidisciplinary team.

Contract-based assignment
Qualifications and Experience:
Current and valid RN license Minimum of 1 year of recent Med Surg experience Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills Proficiency in electronic medical record systems BLS certification (required); additional certifications preferred Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to diverse adult patient populations on the medical-surgical unit Perform comprehensive assessments and closely monitor patient conditions throughout shifts Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans for optimal results Educate patients and their families on treatment options, discharge instructions, and health maintenance Maintain thorough and accurate patient documentation using electronic health records Adhere to established infection control and safety practices at all times
