Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing Minimum of 1 year recent Operating Room nursing experience Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; additional certifications (ACLS, PALS) preferred Proficiency in perioperative care, including scrubbing and circulating procedures Familiarity with electronic medical record documentation
Responsibilities:
Deliver compassionate nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other OR team members Adhere to strict infection control and safety protocols Effectively educate patients and families about perioperative processes Ensure thorough and accurate documentation of patient care
