Time-Off Incentives -OSF will invest in you on day 1! External Candidates with 5+ years of direct experience will receive 24 hours of Vacation and Holiday time that will be available for use beginning day 1. This is in addition to our generous time-off benefits. (External hires, eligible) Comprehensive Benefits Package -BCBS Medical, Dental, Vision, tuition reimbursement for further education, and 401k with $1 per $1 match on first 5% of salary!
