Key Qualifications:

Valid RN license with an excellent standing. Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred. Proficient and comfortable with catheterization procedures. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and families. Compassionate, attentive, and patient-centered approach. Ability to uphold confidentiality and adhere to professional standards at all times.

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver daily catheterization services to a high school student, following individualized healthcare plans and medical best practices. Maintain close communication with caregivers and school staff regarding the students health and well-being. Accurately document procedures and report any changes in student status or care needs. Ensure compliance with all school health policies and local regulations. Cultivate a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for the student throughout the school day.
