$3,300/week Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Med Tele Registered Nurse (RN) for a 15-week contract assignment in Iron Mountain, Michigan . This opportunity is ideal for an RN with Med-Surg, Telemetry, Acute Care, or Medical Telemetry experience who is comfortable working independently in a critical-access or smaller acute-care hospital environment. The RN must be comfortable with 12-hour night shifts, floating to like units, weekend and holiday rotation, IV starts, telemetry monitoring, and caring for a variety of acute-care patients. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients . Monitor patients with cardiac and medical conditions. Perform assessments, medication administration, treatments, and patient education. Monitor basic telemetry rhythms and recognize changes in patient condition. Initiate and maintain IV access. Care for patients with conditions including pneumonia, cellulitis, UTI, COPD, GU conditions, sepsis, pacemakers , and other acute-care diagnoses. Provide post-operative care for procedures including orthopedic surgeries, cholecystectomies, appendectomies, TURP/CBI , and other surgical cases. Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapy, nursing assistants, LPNs, and other healthcare professionals. Provide safe and accurate electronic documentation. Participate in team nursing and assist with unit needs. Float to like units and patient populations as required. May be assigned as relief charge nurse when needed. Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum 1 year of recent Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience . Acute-care nursing experience required. BLS (AHA)

•Preferred Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills. Comfortable with IV starts in an environment without a dedicated IV team. Basic telemetry/arrhythmia recognition knowledge. Comfortable working with limited onsite resources. Ability to float to like units and patient populations. Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Experience Med-Surg / Med Tele Telemetry Critical Access Hospital experience Level III or Level IV Trauma experience

Pacemaker patients Post-operative orthopedic care Sepsis COPD Acute-care nursing Unit Information 24 inpatient beds May have approximately 10 observation/day-surgery patients Typical nurse-to-patient ratio: Approximately 5:1 during days Approximately 6:1 after 11 PM Team nursing with LPNs may be approximately 2:7 Nurse aides available Hospitalist/Intensivist onsite until approximately 6 PM; telemedicine coverage afterward Respiratory Therapy available 24/7 CPAP equipment available Basic telemetry monitoring performed with monitors located at the nurses' station RNs should have basic telemetry rhythm knowledge No routine drip titration required Schedule 12-hour night shifts 7:00 PM
