Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage IVF and IUI cycles under physician guidance Provide patient education on treatment protocols, medications, and next steps Perform injection teaching , phlebotomy , and assist with procedures (egg retrievals, embryo transfers, hysteroscopy, etc.) Monitor patients pre

• and post-procedure; take vitals and provide post-op recovery support Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative staff to ensure exceptional patient experience Provide emotional support and clear communication throughout the fertility treatment process

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year in women's health, OB/GYN, or fertility nursing preferred IVF or reproductive endocrinology experience is a major plus

Licensure:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the

State of Michigan Skills:

Strong knowledge of fertility medications and cycle monitoring Excellent bedside manner, multitasking, and communication skills EMR proficiency and comfort with clinical protocols Bilingual candidate is a bonus (Spanish or Arabic speaking) How to
