Job Description

RN Home Health/Rehab -

UP Health System Home Care and Hospice Facility:

UP Health System Home Care and Hospice Contract Duration:

13 weeks | Option to

Extend Shift Options:

Days; 8 hrs and 5 days; 7 on - 7 off for on call

Job Responsibilities:

Administering medication to patients. Creating reports to track the patients' progress. Working with other professionals to create treatment plans. Cleaning and re-dressing wounds if needed. Measuring vital signs. Monitoring changes in behavior and progress.

Overtime:

Overtime must be approved by UP Health System Home Care and Hospice. The staffing agency must be notified before the employee begins an overtime shift. #

PSJ Pay:

From $51.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
